Hotel President Wilson, Geneva

Updated: Jan 28, 2023

I had the chance to be hosted at the President Wilson Hotel for two nights as part of a collaboration with the Geneva Tourism board and I want to share with you my thoughts.

Located opposite Lake Geneva and a few minutes from the most beautiful parks and shops, the President Wilson hotel is one of the most contemporary hotels in Geneva. The 204 luxuriously renovated rooms and 22 suites combine comfort and technology and offer a breath-taking view of Geneva, the swimming pool or the lake.

People come here for the comfort of the place, the timeless decoration, between carpets and wood, the quality of the common areas, the chic of the lobby, the swimming pool, the spa, the smiling service on all floors, the relaxing calm of the rooms, and , of course, this sight on the surface of Léman with these shimmering skies which one never gets tired of.

With style and refinement, the spaces offer a clean and modern design to the view, largely inspired by the natural outdoor environment of the hotel. The sensory experience is global and coherent. The space, the light - which the large bay windows open onto the splendid panorama let in -, the high- end equipment or the Hermès care products in the room, are all the more that give the stay this exceptional tone.

For those looking for pure luxury, the Hotel President Wilson is believed to feature the most expensive hotel suite in the world at about $80,000 per night. Indeed, the Royal Penthouse Suite at Hotel President Wilson is famous for being the largest and most luxurious suite in the world.

The President Wilson Hotel offers a wide range of culinary experiences and among them the Bayview by Michel Roth table. Crowned with one star and rated 18/20, it combines the superlatives of haute cuisine. A very beautiful cellar of the greatest vintages rounds off the experience. The Chef also handles the subtle and delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine through the Japanese menu with French influences at the Umami by Michel Roth restaurant .

For another exotic flavor, the Arabesque offers exceptional Lebanese cuisine, both traditional and original. The Glow Bar Lounge and, in summer, the Poolgarden offers inspired snacks and cocktails by the outdoor swimming pool, with a panoramic view of Lake Geneva and Mont-Blanc.

The President Wilson Hotel offers their customers a real experience through a refined, authentic and highly personalized service, reflecting the typical know-how of Switzerland, in a breath-taking setting. They do everything they can to make their guests feel at home during their stay. They also offer the one and only SPA in Switzerland, offering exclusive signature treatments and products from the prestigious La Mer brand.

Personalized service, luxury, style and refinement will always be the hallmarks of Geneva’s Hotel President Wilson.
